If using Intruder Alarm, use the proliferate effect then swap to populate once you have infinite counters.

Xavier + Intruder Alarm + Arlinn Voice of the Pack = activate Arlinn to make a wolf and give it a +1/+1 counter. Use Xavier to remove the counter and populate the wolf token. Alarm untaps Xavier, and Arlinn gives the wolf a +1/+1 counter.
