This casual Atraxa deck focuses on the themes of Sunburst and charge counters. The goal is to get Atraxa to be able to proliferate every non-land permanent on the battlefield if possible. This deck can be made on a budget if you remove the shock lands for equivalent lands that come in tapped. Total price even with Atraxa should be around the $50-60 mark. Best combo in the deck is with Phyrexian Scriptures. With Atraxa out, you are able to turn her into an artifact and wipe all but your artifact creatures at end of turn with her proliferate trigger. With the right board, this should easily win you the game.
