I wish Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive was a black card. It would have made this so much easier. But alas, there's no legal way to play Rat Colony dot deck while keeping Tetsuko as the commander, so here we are.

There's like a 1% chance I make this in paper, but if I can get it to be consistent (lol I doubt that'll ever happen), That would be the 1%. So feel free to leave suggestions! Also, I'm not attached to Sisay in any way, I just wanna play rat colony and tetsuko.
