Using Hapatra to make many deadly snakes, and use negative 1 counters to control the board.

Hapatra is basically the engine that gets everything going. adding in multiple cards that add tokens for each -1/-1 counter and putting out counters to the whole board creates a large board state that can easily overwhelm opponents.

With combos like Blowfly Infestation + Nest of Scarabs or Flourishing Defenses you can create infinite snakes, elves, and insects.

Devoted Druid + Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons + Quillspike will create as many snakes as you choose, or include Cinderhaze Wretch to keep cards out of your opponents hands while generating more of your slithery friends. With the addition of Obelisk Spider you can drain opponents fairly quickly
