It's my first try to make a boros deck. It failed. So it's my first try to make a Mardu deck based on a boros soldier tactic i had. The goal is to have soldiers as a defends and food for "sacrifice a creature" cards while vampires attack from above. It's a double tribal deck because I didn't want to play mono vampire because thats not fun. Like mono elfs. Or mono knights. By adding soldier cards I hoped to nerf my own deck while giving it a fallback tactic if the vampires fail me due to damage effects on them. I also tried to keep it cheap but you know the saying. Go landtax or go home. If you don't want to play landtax you could fall back on Skullclamp. It won't give mana but will let you draw cards when you combine it with your 1/1 soldiers.
