As far as hate cards go, green is especially good at disabling and destroying 1) creatures with flying, 2) artifacts and enchantments, and 3) islands and swamps. Green is also good at untapping things.

I didn't include much for (3) except Choke and Nature's Wrath . Chances are in any given EDH game, at least one player is playing blue or black, but I didn't want to lean too hard on those effects. Creatures with flying, artifacts, and enchantments are far more common and not very color-specific. Since this is an enchantment deck, it doesn't do anything to disable or destroy all enchantments, but there are a few ways, like Primeval Light to get rid of your opponents' enchantments while keeping your own.

As far as untapping things goes, I had to include Winter Orb , since this deck has so many ways to untap its lands.

Dosan the Falling Leaf is a decent commander. I suppose you could go with Nylea, God of the Hunt since she is an enchantment, but Dosan fits the stax/prison theme better.
