I got some AMAZING pulls from Conspiracy 2!

I am seriously thinking about some of the more interesting cards from the set,

Burgeoning will be an auto-include since the power of a t1 Exploration is unreal if left alone.

I have a minor Clone sub-theme and I am considering Followed Footsteps as a fun card to add, and would give me reason to make a DJ Khaled meme inspired token-"Another One" because GIMMICKS ARE AWESOME!

Also I enjoy the idea of something like Dragonlair Spider because cascading into a 5/6 that makes tokens for every spell cast would be interesting!

If anyone has some Planeswalkers they could recommend also that would be amazing, I do enjoy the Superfriend Aspect of the deck.

It's been a really long time since my last actual update, I finally caught the description up to the list and made a few changes that have been long in the works. Also going to clear the comments just because it's been a while. As always, thanks for the support! This is now the Number 1 Modern Jund Dragon deck on the site!

Also adjusted sideboard to allow for 3x Greater Gargadon to fight Anger of the Gods; Collective Brutality to fight infect, burn and affinity; and Abrupt Decay as a better way to fight Rest in Peace and Grafdigger's Cage

Oh man, I had SUCH high hopes for the new Conspiracy set, and while my not so secret desire to perhaps see Commander-only printings I play now get foil versions was pretty much entirely foiled (ha ha) in that CN2 reprinted none of those, it DID introduce some rad new things like the new Selvala, which went RIGHT into this deck. I've also included the 2 rare creatures in these colors that make you the monarch, though the list hasn't been updated to accurately reflect that yet since the full set isn't on Tapped Out yet.

Was bored so I went to a tourney tonight and decided to try out Elder Deep-Fiend. He seems alright.

Round 1

Round 2
0-2 Abzan Control
Game 1: Mana flooded
Game 2: Mana Screwed
But did get to see Elder Deep-Fiend and he is a pretty good bomb.

Round 3
2-1 G/W Tokens
Game 1: Lost, mana flooded
Game 2: Got stuck on 3 lands, but Rattlechains + 2 Selfless Spirits just wrecked face.
Game 3: Oppo got stuck on 2 lands.

I've been struggling finding the proper balance of mana to run this deck. I've added Evolving Wilds and a few enchantments like Weirding Wood and Cryptolith Rite to assist with the issue. I'm also going to try to run 2 Nissa, Vastwood Seer  ^Flips to get some green mana out onto the field. This deck has some crazy card draw now, and I'm tempted to play with more control cards to help me get through to late game when Brisela, Voice of Nightmares  ^{Flip  Meld  Meld} comes into play. So far, Turn Aside is helping keeping targets like my Tireless Trackers alive. Reflector Mage is also a nice card to slow down opposing decks.

OUT: Feast on the Fallen (a bit slow), Assassinate (OK but not great), Butcher's Glee (expensive for a combat trick) IN: Dismember (a much more affordable removal spell), Unnatural Endurance (solid combat trick), Tainted Strike (sometimes you just gotta end the game).

I didn't want to have infinite's in the list anymore and i like pox more then ramp ;3 Puppeteer Clique is still there but I don't consider it's infinite a wincon because it's just a silly way to Rise of the Dark Realms.

BIG CHANGES!!

• Realised I can post updates instead of comments

• Removed: Birthing Pod

Card is amazing and I've gotten some great use out of it, but it's a dead card unless I'm going from 6-7 or 7-8 drops. Pretty useless early game, and late game it either does nothing or wins me the game. Too inconsistent for my liking.

• Added: Selvala, Heart of the Wilds

Draws cards, has kinda a group-hug effect, adds mana, adds a decent devotion to green. Looking forward to trying it out. Plus more creatures is always nice

• Removed: Rampant Growth

Card was filler for the most part. It's pretty much always useful, but never outstanding. I know that Nature's Lore is strictly better, but was just waiting for a better card to replace it anyway. Such as...

• Added: CN2

I hate old-bordered cards (Which is why I haven't got one already), but have been on the lookout for a cheap rampy card to replace Rampant Growth. Plus the new art is sick. Easy include.

• Removed: See the Unwritten

Card is awesome but feels really bad to miss with it (Happens more often than I'd like). Plus...

• Added: Selvala's Stampede

Card seems like it'll always be better than See the Unwritten. Plus it's fun. EVERYBODY LOVES VOTING. Another easy include. Haven't played with it yet but seems busted asf.

I have been playing this deck for the past 3 weeks and it hasn't disappointed. For FNM i went 3-0-1 (last round me and the other undefeated split), 3-1-0 (lost a close match dew to lack of lands), and 2-0-0 (got there late so only got to play 2 rounds). AT WNM i went 2-0-1 (split last round with the other undefeated), and 1-1-1 (the one loss i had to mull to 5 games 1 and 3 and the draw was because we took to long and didn't get to finish). Overall the deck is doing great right now with 11 wins and this is a brew. I 100% made this myself. I didn't get a sell or nothing from anywhere. I used my dad's cards to make the deck since i am 17 and currently don't have money but the deck idea was all mine. A shift in Focus

Due to the enjoyment I've gotten out of my Boros pure enchantment build, I decided to shift this deck in that direction as well. The bulk of the creatures and death and taxes elements have been removed. Instead, I have opted for an Enduring Ideal pillowfort toolkit. It's clearly more defensive than the Boros build, but the makeup is fairly similar.
