My favorite card is Grave Pact but that isn't quite niche. I don't seem to have as many oddball fun cards that I tend to play but there are a few oddball or less played ones at least.

Black: Koskun Falls is a favorite of mine. I prefer decks that do not attack, so the tapping is not a big downside. Tainted Remedy because it makes opponent's creatures with lifelink funny. Gift of Doom which doesn't use the stack when morphing which has come in handy more than once. Pestilence is one of my favorite black board wipes which typically is on my board with an indestructible creature. Dystopia since at least someone is playing Selesnya.

White: Peacekeeper because no means no. Aura of Silence use to be more niche but has seen some prominent reprints. Solid removal with a tax effect has tripped up more than one opponent. Mandate of Peace is a great fog and a counter spell in some situations. Underplayed.

Green: Hall of Gemstone for any monogreen deck. Had a blue player try to win on my endstep and about 5 minutes into their combo, I asked where there blue mana was coming from.

Orzhov: Batwing Brume has killed a few Kranko players for me and saved me several times.

Colorless: Null Brooch is just Isochron Scepter with Negate already attached. Arena of the Ancients is great for when my commander doesn't need to tap, or attack, or is played after this and has vigilance. Great card no one expects.

Red: Apocalypse or Jokulhaups for the hard reset. Stranglehold because blue players are the worst and tutoring takes too long.

Blue: Mana Vortex for the slow decent into hell.

Karn, the Great Creator > Kataki - One sided null rod with ability to animate artifacts and recur some of yours.

Mother of Runes - Protection

Mentor of the Meek - Draw. Don't necessarily need but I don't see a lot of draw in your list.

Land Tax - Lands/"Draw"

Darksteel Mutation > Mandate - Commander removal

Archivist of Oghma - Draw

Mangara, the Diplomat - Bit expensive but potentially worth it depending on meta

Aura of Silence - Fits perfectly into the deck

Generous Gift - Sometimes permanents just need to go away.

If you are going for a Voltron style of Zur there are a few auras that are often seen in those sorts of lists:

Darksteel Mutation and Oubliette complement Imprisoned in the Moon as ways that neutralize commanders. They make it difficult for your opponents to immediately get their commanders back to recast if they don't have enchantment removal. Darksteel Mutation is much better than Kasmina's Transmutation because the indestructible that the Mutation gives means that the enchanted commander will live through a board wipe and not go back to its owner's command zone. Oubliette could replace Pendrell Flux.

There's a bit of a call to make between Flaming Fist and Battle Mastery. Flaming Fist won't trigger the turn Zur puts it into play because Zur will have already been declared as attacking at that point. However, Flaming Fist does stick around if Zur happens to die since it's not an aura. Battle Mastery will let Zur hit with double strike the turn it enters but dies with Zur. It's a call to make depending on how aggressive you want to be. Duelist's Heritage is also generally better than Flaming Fist but not if Zur has shroud from a card like Diplomatic Immunity, so that depends on what auras you choose to run in the end.

If you aren't running Stony Silence as a silver bullet to shut down opponents' artifacts then it could be worth considering Nettlecyst as another creature/pump effect in the deck, even if Zur can't tutor it up. It could potentially replace Gray Merchant of Asphodel since the current list doesn't look that geared to reliably get a big hit off the Merchant's ability.

One of Zur's biggest strengths though is that he can tutor up Necropotence, so that's a card you should aim to add as soon as you can get your hands on one.

Rest in Peace is a strong card for messing with decks that utilize the graveyard.

Back to Basics can punish decks with greedy mana bases.

Stroke of Midnight is better than Expose to Daylight.

Seal of Cleansing or Aura of Silence are targets for Zur to tutor up to get rid of enchantments and artifacts.

Sevinne's Reclamation and/or Sun Titan could be worth considering for getting key permanent cards back from your graveyard.

Aura of Silence is great removal and stax!

SufferFromEDHD great suggestions all around. I added Strionic Resonator and Scroll Rack to the maybeboard with the full intention of adding them to the 99.

I totally see where you're coming from with Aura of Silence, but it I feel like it would discourage players from casting multiple spells (something Mangara, the Diplomat and other cards in the deck benefit from). Threw Fellwar Stone in there for some added ramp but might cut it for one of the other artifacts you suggested.

If you've got anymore recommendations I'm all ears!

You run Sun Titan. Upgrade that Disenchant into Aura of Silence.

Land Tax + Scroll Rack is one of the best draw engines in the game.

Fellwar Stone is a solid 2 mana rock in multicolor decks but clunky in mono color.

I really like this build - I think the black adds a new element to the deck that creates some new avenues for messing with the opponent.

I'm personally still not sold on Setessan Champion, but it's definitely not-nearly as much of a liability in this shell.

Aura of Silence feels like a sideboard card in that its probably not useful in all matchups.

Any commander with green and white could do with green being more important for mass enchantment removal.

Cards to consider: Aura of Silence, Bane of Progress, Aura Shards, Aura Mutation, Allay, Aura Blast, Farewell, Austere Command, Back to Nature, Calming Verse, Cleansing Nova, Heliod's Intervention and Cleanfall.

If course the best enchantment removal is Disenchant.
