Mono blue toolbox control and combo deck. Uses the general to tutor up advantage. Can be either defensive or offensive depending on the speed of your enemy. The usual suspects step forward in this deck. Simple palinchron wins . Capsize combos. Lab maniac. Enter the infinant. Dream halls and Eye of the storm. Standard mono blue abuse.

What is not standard is the array of instants at Kaho's disposal. You have to have a decent game sense to know how to tutor for what in different situations. Be cautious . You do not always have to grab fact or fiction and two other good spells
