This deck does lots of -1/-1 counters, which makes lots of 1/1 snakes, which make space for your infectors to get through, which makes your opponent lose.

A turn three win.

Turn 1: Glistener Elf

turn 2: Invigorate OR Vines of Vastwood OR Titanic Growth attacking for five infect.

turn 3: Maulfist Revolutionary OR Summoner's Pact getting Maulfist Revolutionary into play and doubling the poison.

This deck can achieve the turn three win in few other ways (with mostly the same cards). And even if it doesn't win turn three it generally wins turn 6 or 7, unless you're playing against control.

Snake trap: Nemesis Mask + Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons. Attach the mask to a 1/1 snake token, attack with all, all creatures block the snake, hapatra deals damage, you get your snake back. And all your other creatures remain unblocked.

The rest of the deck is straight forward. Try to get your infect creatures unblocked, pump 'em up, and tutor for what you need. Maulfist Revolutionary anyone?
