The idea for this deck was inspired by the advisor Persistant Petitioners. The amount of advisors allow for a large amount of library hate with the added fun of cards that make you vote. The spells allow for even more library hate causing a fast amount of milling early-mid to late game. To me the best part is how the milling can start on turn two.
