My mono blue budget edh deck. This version is a pretty budget edition of the direction I would like to finally take it. Key future cards include Gilded Drake (you can steal a creature, then use Barrin to sac the stolen creature and return drake to hand), Hatching Plans (I know, this one isn't expensive, I just haven't bought it yet), and many others.

Disclaimer: one restriction I have for this deck is that it can include no instants or sorceries. I guess I just like the idea of a mono blue deck that is also mono permanents.

Below are some of the packages I'm looking to potentially include at some point. Let me know if there are any further things I can add to them or if I should look into entirely new packages.

Sword of the Meek -- Basically I'm just considering adding more 1/1s to make this work as reliable Barrin fodder. I just don't have any more 1/1s that are really screaming to me right now and I think I would need to add more. SotM would also make Deadeye Quartermaster much better. This should probably be accompanied by the inclusion of Skullclamp.

Salvaging Station -- I have a couple of targets right now, but not enough. This inclusion would come with a Treasure Mage
