Put a bunch of enchantments together on one card and you'd normally lose a ton of cards for one. Add in tons of drawing with Mesa Enchantress and Verduran Enchantress, creatures that benefit from enchantments entering/on the battlefield like Setessan Champion and Tuvasa the Sunlit, and protection through enchantments like Spectra Ward, and you have massive threats with no good way for opponents to deal with them. You could blow out your opponent with Overwhelming Splendor, or go for the sneaky kill with Infiltrator's Magemark. With how much card draw this deck can get, it's almost necessary to get Reliquary Tower on the field quickly.
