First goal is to get Yoshimaru powerful very early with cheap legendary spells and legendary lands, providing a voltron strategy. Creatures like Norin the Wary or Kari Zev can keep on adding +1/+1 counters. The Ozolith can move the counters from yoshimaru to Rograkh or other creatures if he falls.

In the later game, cards like Fury Storm,Empyrial Storm or Commander's Insignia can give powerful options, because it is easy to cast both commanders together 5,6 or even more times during the game.

The Legendary Backround Enchantments do not only give Yoshimaru +1 +1 counters but also push both Commanders (For example creating 4 treasure tokens with Guild Artisan)

The planeswalkers can push Yoshimaru further and provide options for the later game.
