An extremely budget deck that cost $10.

I've always wanted to make an uber budget Commander deck. It proved to be more difficult than I expected but I still did it. I know the price says it's $19-$23 but I just paid for this deck on TCG player and the price was just barely above $10 even. A lot of the "expensive" cards are easy to get cheap because they are actually very common and used in a lot of commander decks. It's nothing special and it definitely isn't competitive. However it seems like it will be fun. I want to keep it cheap though so any changes I make will be for other penny cards.
