Rakdos is a wacky guild, and the spectacle mechanic is even wackier! Of course there are not a lot of cards that specifically say "spectacle" on them, and even less that are good in Commander. That said, there are a lot of non-keyworded "opponents losing life matters" cards in the deck which, if you ask me, is pretty spectacular.

First thing to note about this deck is there are ZERO eldrazi. I think that eldrazi are very synergistic and strong with Rakdos, Lord of Riots, but I was much more interested in doing a more ravnica guild themed deck. Rakdos without eldrazi is not for want of highly damaging, highly disruptive shenanigans, and there are tons of payoffs for just hitting people. Theater of horrors, Knollspine Dragon, Eternal Neheb, and much more.

Beyond the spectacular use of spectacle-esque cards, we also have traditional rakdos removal, discard, and aggro. Just make your opponents sad with lots of dead creatures, blown up utility lands, and exiled graveyards. Once you get payoffs in the form of card advantage and mana just from punching faces, finish your opponents off with big flying demons, damage doubling effects, and straight up life loss from your spells and permanents.
