Hello. It's my one years anniversary of playing Magic and I decided to try building a deck on Tapped Out. I recently acquired a foil Phenax, God of Deception and decided I wanted to make a new EDH deck with him. I haven't done any play testing (as I'm missing a chunk of the cards) but I wanted to see what the community thought of the deck.
