This is amazing!
Thank you everyone that has helped me form the deck and made it the awesome enchantment monster that it is today.
I could not have done it without the communitys help. Thank you!

I have given this some more thought and decided on the following changeset to the deck
Changes
- Celestial Dawn --> Leyline of the Void: When needed versus Blood Moon I can bring it in from the sideboard. Leyline of the Void acts as a double for Rest in Peace and works nicely with Replenish that I will also bring in.
- Leyline of Sanctity --> Righteous Aura: I made the reverse swap a while ago, as a counter to spells that I can't protect aginst. I think that Righteous Aura will be the best all round choice, and then Leyline of Sanctity can be brought in to protect aginst dedicated burn decks.
- Necropotence --> Replenish: I am sad to see this go, but Necropotence I guess I'd rather see a Replenish most of the time. Also the argument about Mindslaver can kill me in one turn if I have Necropotence on the field.
- No Mercy --> Opalescence: Sort of a meh card changed into a glorious win condition.
- Plains --> Wasteland: Nuff said.
- Telepathy --> Soothsaying: This is a bit controversial. Both cards are sub-optimal choices. I love Telepathy for its warning and the discord it brings to the table. But in reality it does not do much. Soothsaying is bit worse than Sensei's Divining Top, but since it is an enchantment I'll take it out for a spin!
- Underground River --> Tolaria West: Fetch the land (or Pact of Negation) I need. Nuff said.
Sideboard
- Celestial Dawn: Versus Blood Moon
- Counterspell: The deck is in dire need for more counter spells. I just don't want to take out any cards :) It's good to have lying around if I feel like I need it.
- Dovescape: For fun games when playing in low power environments.
- Enduring Ideal: For fun games when playing in low power environments. Or if I just feel like being silly.
- Kozilek, Butcher of Truth: Bring in versus mill.
- Leyline of Sanctity: Bring in versus burn.
- Mindbreak Trap: More control. Not sure it should be this guy.
- Necropotence: Just parked here for a while. I need to test if I can live without it.
- Aura Thief: Too slow and unreliable, but fun. I'm not really ready to let him go.
- High Market: Better chance to use Aura Thief and Academy Rector
I'll update deck and description shortly.
Cheers

If i'm not mistaken, Righteous Aura does not stop Exsanguinate.
Cool deck, love the flavor.

How useful has Leyline of Anticipation been treating you? What cards do you normally flash in?

- I do have a Daxos the Returned deck in the making (Daxos' Enchanted Spirits) but he is not for this deck. He is a creature and he makes creature, and I do what I can to make those suck as much as they possibly can.
- Leyline of Anticipation is nice. Not only does it make Test of Endurance much better, it also let me delay my play to just before my turn or as a response to someone elses play. Love it. That said, it can be sideboarded out for Enduring Ideal or Dovescape when fooling around :)

Also not sure if its been mentioned Glacial Chasm might be worth it.

Okay, this looks like a super solid build, but I'd like to pick your brain on a few choices you've left out.
First and foremost, did you really have to go so creature light as to having no Daxos the Returned, Starfield of Nyx, or Sigil of the Empty Throne?
Another set of options I see missing is an infinite token combo with Ajani's Chosen + Enchanted Evening . Play anything with the 2 out and you'll start a loop to get infinite enchantment cats.
Lastly, I learned from a daring standard player that Demonic Pact + Shifting Loyalties can make for a hilariously spiteful win condition when you gift them the pact after picking all but the lose the game choice. Bonus points if you opt for Puca's Mischief instead of the loyalty card. Obligatory credit to source link here

Thank you for the suggestions!
- Declaration of Naught is certainly worth considering. If used as protection against board wipes, I think I'd be better off with another counter spell, but versus troublesome commanders (e.g., Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury) it is pure gold (just like Nevermore). I am adding it to my mental maybe board.
- I don't remember if Glacial Chasm has come up before, but it is also worth a consideration. It can keep me safe from a lot of things if played at the right time. I don't think that I can afford to take out another land for it, so if I bring it in, it will be at the cost of an enchantment, and I'm not too happy about that either. I'll think about it.
- I don't have to do anything, but I chose to go all in on enchantments. I am even considering getting rid of Academy Rector.
- Daxos the Returned is not for this deck (I do have a Daxos' Enchanted Spirits in the making). It takes a while to rack up experience and his main purpose is to create creature tokens. I do what I can to make creatures suck as much as possible.
- Starfield of Nyx: The recursion is awesome (when Rest in Peace is not on the field). The creature part not so much. It is too much of a liability to loose all my enchantments to a board wipe or Terror or Doomblade or ... and I do what I can to make creatures suck as much as possible.
- Sigil of the Empty Throne: I don't think it will work. Fairly slow and the creatures suck theme :)
- Ajani's Chosen + Enchanted Evening : The loop will never end. I have to destroy Ajani's Chosen (while in the loop) to avoid a draw. 104.4b. Please correct me if I am wrong.
- Demonic Pact + Shifting Loyalties : This is fun, but a bit risky. It could make it into a one on one version of the deck, but in multiplayer this is too much of a slot investment to (potentially) take out one opponent.
Cheers

I did see the draw problem with the cat loop, but I wasn't sure if you had seen that and left it out on purpose or never knew. I suppose you'd have to go heavier into creatures if you wanted that to be worth it because then cards like Grim Guardian could win you the game in the same turn. I'll have to keep this in mind for my own version though if I ever decide to re-build my own enchantment deck. Keep up the good work all the same!

First of all, you need a new couch. That thing is hideous.
my only suggestion is Wasteland-> Strip Mine
What turn do you usually win on? Do most wins come from people scooping?
I'm interested in trying this out, Not the usual pillow fort deck I see.

Thank you for the feedback!
Strip Mine: Good catch paytond2020, I don't know what I was thinking :)
Wins are slow and the people I play against don't scoop. Strategy is to lock down the board and drain/ping them dry. And then hope I one of the fast win-con's or a tutor. Most locks can be broken, especially when 3 other players are working together, so you always have to play it out. That said, I only have like 10 games with the deck, so time will tell.
Regarding Jace, the Mind Sculptor i did not even consider him for this deck, as he is not especially stax'ish nor has any enchantment related abilities, and maybe also because I find him expensive. The last argument should be disregarded, since this deck all ready broke the bank. What would you take out for him, and do you see any synergies that I don't?
Changes
- Wasteland --> Strip Mine

This deck seems designed to shut down every other type of deck you might play against while you essentially play a game of MTG: Solitaire... Good job taking the fun out of the game for everyone else at the table.

Have you considered Nether Void? I ran it in my Oloro deck and it worked wonders, especially combined with Boseiju.
Oh, and Zur the Enchanter would be great for tutoring.

I am wondering if Invoke Prejudice would be worth the trouble? It is a bit slow, but it slows down creatures and commanders considerably.
- I think Plea for Guidance is too expensive for what it does.
- Thank you for the feedback.
- I did consider Nether Void, but I can't really find the synergi in this setup. In a more sorcery/instant heavy build it would be awesome with Boseiju, Who Shelters All.

I love invoke Prejudice. While its blue-heavy casting cost might seem prohibitive, your mana base should allow you to run it without much trouble.

I am looking forward to the new 4C commanders. If the WUBG commander is right, I may redo the deck to get access to some of the crazy G/Gx enchantments.

Actually, I wouldn't change too much. I asked you before about why you didn't use the infinite token combo and your reply then had been that you had no way to break it. And I honestly don't see a way to break it in green either unless you allow for more creature focus.
Btw, in advance I see you needing these changes to account for green:
Phyrexian Arena --> Sylvan Library (because having the choice to draw seems better)
Moat --> Dueling Grounds (why not just limit the quantity over the type right?)
Idyllic Tutor --> Sterling Grove (overall the same cost, is an enchantment, and protects)
Greed --> Enchantress's Presence (The obvious strict upgrade, unless you want to have creatures)
Oblivion Ring --> Song of the Dryads (or take out Banishing Light but that's prettier to me, also no free ETB triggers for them)
I do see a need for Prismatic Omen and Kruphix, God of Horizons as well, but I cannot fathom where to make the cut for them unless maybe you could drop a land for the Omen and Beseech the Queen for Kruphix?
Alternatively, when you try out the 4 color set up, you might could swap black for red and be raw group hug as there are red and redx enchantments that are friendly to everyone. Not sure how well that would work out though.

- I'd probably also run Privileged Position just in case :)
Thank you for the suggestion.
Starfield of Nyx has been suggested numerous times as beeing 'basically the same as Opalescence', but it is not. The recursion paragraph is awesome and I would run the card if it only had that printed. The big difference here is the second paragraph: Starfield of Nyx only make my enchantmets creatures, which is a HUGE liability, as opponents can pick off my darlings with trivial creature removal and board wipes. In contrast Opalescence turn all enchantments into creatures, allowing me to combo with Enchanted Evening with a very-hard-to-break land wipe/lockdown leaving all opponents paralyzed.
Enchanted Evening + Opalescence : If no anthems are in play, all lands will become 0/0 and die (in a mist of dirt, if you like), and so will new lands. I will, ofcourse, only play this combo when I am in a winning position, and usually this will cause opponents to forfeit.
I have added this explanation to the 'Notable omissions' section.
Cheers
