A mono-blue combo/control deck with Kami of the Crescent Moon as the commander. The Kami is pretty much there for cheap, consistent card draw, and is unlikely to get hated down by the table, being non-threatening and boosting everyone’s draw.

Use the counterspells and bounces to keep the board clear until you can filter through your deck enough to find enough combo pieces to end the game on the spot, or close to it.

Main Combos:

Mind over Matter + Temple Bell = Infinite Draw / Mill. Use Elixir of Immortality to make sure you don’t mill yourself out first

Peregrine Drake + Deadeye Navigator = Infinite Mana. Best used with a “Draw X cards” spell, or with Stroke of Genius to mill an opponent’s whole library

Tidespout Tyrant + Sol Ring = Infinite Mana

Tunnel Vison + Spell Crumple / Hinder / Proteus Staff = Mill Target Player’s Library

Mnemonic Wall / Archaeomancer / Salvager of Secrets + Crystal Shard / Erratic Portal / Conjurer’s Closet + Time Warp / Walk the Aeons = Infinite Turns

Vedalken Mastermind + Stasis = Soft Lock, Opponents Skip Their Untap Steps
