Ramp early and often to get Child of Alara out and have a way to reanimate it. Politics of letting your playgroup know your finger is always hovering over the blow it up button. Lots of targeted removal for your competition and your commander depending on the situation. Attack with Child of Alara into the player with the best board state and watch them try to figure out if they should just take the 6 (or more with a few ways to pump it up and protect it when you want to)
