This is a Chiss-Goria, Forge Tyrant aggressive deck built around putting down artifacts and generating treasures and using that to bring out our commander and cheat out massive artifacts for all but free.

A few of the treasure generators are: Ancient Copper Dragon, Descent into Avernus, Dockside Extortionist and The Reaver Cleaver.

Some of the treasure payoff cards: Goldspan Dragon, Rain of Riches and Hellkite Tyrant.

I have a few cost reducers because why not, Jhoira's Familiar, Cloud Key and Foundry Inspector are always solid picks in an artifacts deck.

My card draw comes from a few different sources, cards like Unexpected Windfall, Big Score, Pirate's Pillage and Inspired Tinkering give us both cards and treasures, whereas Canoptek Spyder and Mind's Eye consistently draw a card. Visions of Phyrexia and Breya's Apprentice gives us impulse draws, which Passionate Archaeologist deals out some serious damage from.

There are then a bunch of cards that offer good toolbox options to keep you on the offensive. Helm of the Host starts compounding triggers and allows you to get more Chiss-Goria, Forge Tyrant attack triggers. Hexplate Wallbreaker gives additional combats, Liberator, Urza's Battlethopter gives all of our artifact spells flash and Mystic Forge gives us access to the top of our deck. Darksteel Forge is another artifact staple that makes our board incredibly hard to disrupt, Ruin Grinder refills our hand when it inevitably runs low, and Bolt Bend helps protect our commander or anything else.

The win cons are generally through combat damage, though Hellkite Tyrant and Portal to Phyrexia and literally and basically end the game respectively.
