Regarding the creatures there are definitely quite a few that don't fit into the decks theme such as Sky Terror, Skittering Surveyor, Iron League Steed, Ammit Eternal, and Baleful Ammit. You should definitely replace them for lower drop creatures that can be effective early on in the game while you ramp up in order to drop your big threats.

There are also creatures that fit into the theme of the deck and have powerful abilities that more than likely wont be useful such as Archangel of Tithes, Aegis Angel, Reya Dawnbringer. Tithes because nobody should really be attacking the player who early on manages to have enormous flying angels and demons, Reya because its fairly unlikely you will have too many cards in the graveyard that can be pulled out and overall you wont get that much value from her, and Aegis could be replace with cards like Dauntless Bodyguard, or Darksteel Plate.

As for the rest of the deck there is a distinct lack of either card draw or tutors throughout the deck. The best cards don't matter if they never make it into your hand. Cards like Shock and Abrade while staples in Standard are fairly useless in EDH partly due to large life totals and multiple threats that often cannot be stopped with just 2-3 damage.

There needs to be more spot removal such as Anguished Unmaking, Swords to Plowshares, and Path to Exile.

In total there are only 3 board wipes in the entire deck which is sub optimal and two of those are creatures which require you to do combat damage to wipe the board so consider having more ways to clear the board.

As for lands you should definitely be running at least 38 since a majority of your creatures have high cmc's. While you are trying to cheat them into play using kaalia you should also be able to pay their full cost if the game runs long or if Kaalia is continuously targeted.

The last point I would make is Elspeth doesnt fit into the deck very well as most of your creatures already have flying so one of her abilities is fairly useless and only producing a single soldier token isn't great protection. However Elspeth, Sun's Champion produces 3 soldier tokens to better defend herself to get to her ultimate and her second ability is a board wipe that is almost 1 sided since most of your creatures are so large.

Definitely need 4x Shefet Dunes... that way you can take out 2 Rallying Roar and put in those 2 Anointed Processions

Also, Cogworker's Puzzleknot is a bad mana ratio for servo generation compared to other options.

Iron League Steed, Glint-Sleeve Artisan, Countless Gears Renegade are all better options.

Lastly, I know its stupid expensive but 1 or 2 more copies of Metallic Mimic would definitely improve the deck as it is the best turn 2 play possible here.

DeFinitely on the right track.

Cards I would drop: Gonti, Lord of Luxury, Weaponcraft Enthusiast, Iron League Steed. They're not going to do enough to save you or put you ahead on turn 3/4, and take up space that could be Hanweir Militia Captain  Flip.

Suggestion: drop those cards, giving you 8 additional slots. +2 Militia Captain, +4 Sacred Cat, +2 Angel of Invention.

I'd also swap Essence Extraction for Murder

Took second at the midnight prerelease at my lgs. Went 4-0-1 with a fun deck. First round I won game one; then game two we each had massive boardstates but neither could get ahead (went to time for the draw). Then 2-0; four in a row

2 Augmenting Automaton
2x Thriving Turtle
1x Metallic Mimic
1x Workshop Assistant
1x Alley Strangler
2x Watchful Automaton
1x Vedalken Blademaster
1x Iron League Steed
1x Noxious Gearhulk
1x Torrential Gearhulk
1x Gearseeker Serpent

1x Negate
1x Ice Over
1x Resourceful Return
2x Mind Rot
3x Leave in the Dust
1x Yahenni's Expertise
1x Reverse Engineer

8x Island 8x Swamp

Somehow I completely neglected pretty much all of the major components that make up kaladesh. Energy, vehicles, revolt, servos/thopters... shit I didn't even have flying

is good. Hidden Stockpile does work, I was scared. Dawnfeather Eagle can turn the tides in a stalemate

is crazy strong. I think won first.

21 people total. No masterpieces were opened during the event. Still, 10/10 would recommend.

I only have one Saheeli, but if I pull or trade for another I'll consider swapping. I do like Chandra for the mana ramp.Losing Jori En, Ruin Diver and Jace, Unraveler of Secrets would limit my card draw, so if I take those out I'd probably want to swap Pyromancer's Assault as well since I won't be playing 2 spells in one turn as often - I run out of cards. Maybe adding Iron League Steed for the pyros? If I fabricate for servos, Chief of the Foundry will come in extra handy.

Played this deck against my Budget R/W Vehicles Deck built around Kaladesh intro deck and it did not performed well.

Combustible Gearhulk is very fun card to play, but I wasn't able to play it - two times I got it on my hand I died before geting enough lands on the battlefield to play it. So I would throw it out.

Generally I don't see much synergy here. Yes you have Foundry Inspector so you can get artifacts cheaper. Yes you have Chief of the Foundry to pump artifact creatures. Yes you have Reckless Fireweaver to deal damage to your opponent but it's not enough.

If you want to stick with Kaladesh and stay very low on budget I would suggest:

1.Swaping Spark of Creativity with Built to Smash - this is kind of removal ;) it's instant speed and when played on artefact creature it can trample some damage in your opponent's face! And Spark of Creativity is a little bit risky - you don't know what you will draw (you don't have any scry cards).

2.Get rid of Skyship Stalker, Combustible Gearhulk, Inventor's Goggles and maybe Inventor's Apprentice (I know, I know - it's always good to have one drop with little synergy, but you will need some space in deck).

3.Consider adding Renegade Tactics - it's only sorcery speed, but for you can stop your opponent from blocking and draw a card (which is always nice)

4.For "little synergy combos" consider maybe adding Panharmonicon and some artifact creatures (or red creatures - but I'm not sure if there are any) with Fabricate ability. Imagine you have Reckless Fireweaver and Panharmonicon on the battlefield and you play Iron League Steed. For you get 2/2 with haste, 1/1 Servo and deal 2x2 dmg into your opponent's face.

5.Or maybe you should consider adding other colors? Just quick look at Kaladesh cards and I can see that black have some synergy with artifacts and some fabricate cards:-Unlicensed Disintegration instant speed removal + 3 in the face-Underhanded Designs suck life (triggers 2x with Panharmonicon-Tidy Conclusion little expensive, but if you have tons of artifact on the battle field maybe it's worth spending that -Marionette Master Fabricate 3 and dmg everytime artifact goes to graveyard

6.But if you want to stay mono red consider adding Vehicles instead of Artifact Creatures. There are good pilots in red color: Spireside Infiltrator, Speedway Fanatic. There is also Start Your Engines. As long as you don't crew the vehicles they count as noncreature artifact so you can ad Metalwork Colossus if you want a fatty in your deck and they will help you cast it. Some good budget vehicles: Sky Skiff, Renegade Freighter, Cultivator's Caravan, Bomat Bazaar Barge, Fleetwheel Cruiser.

Visionary Augmenter may net the 2nd creature, but i feel like Iron League Steed or Propeller Pioneer could be a better flash target and finisher in the 4 spot. Also, Gideon, Ally of Zendikar, Master Trinketeer and splashing red are good ideas.
