I saw Thassa's Oracle and immediately had to brew up a way to use it as a wincon. It's a bit difficult to do with a 99 card deck, but here's my plan for it. There's a couple different moving parts at play with this deck: the standard draw/ramp/removal suite, plus plenty of counterspells. The rest of the deck is dedicated to the main strategy: some self mill effects to burn through your deck as quickly as possible, some creature copiers in case the first attempt isn't big enough for your deck (or you want a creature from a better deck your opponent's playing) some big blue permanents to boost your devotion as high as it can go, and Thassa's Oracle, plus some other devotion based cards for incidental value.

Some notable combos: Mind Over Matter + Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx + Sphinx of Magosi - infinite card draw and infinite mana

Master of Waves to create a bunch of tokens, Mirrorweave to turn them all into copies of big blue creatures, Thassa's Oracle for maximized dig potential.

Smothering Tithe for gold, Mechanized Production on a gold for a faster win.
