I built a Pharika deck a long time ago for my first EDH deck and it went well! So I decided to focus it down a bit and make it more Enchatress-y.

There really is no win-con in this deck which is completely fine with me; its more of a casual play style deck.

C&C would be appreciated! I'm going for Enchantress with a max budget around $150 (Which I have about $75 left to go at this point).
