So I opened an Olivia the other day and thought she might make an excellent General for my first home-brewed EDH deck. I then got around to crafting what I think will be a pretty fun rough draft for a deck.

It might be shit, but I think it could work. What I really want the most help with is the mana base/making it faster than I anticipate it to be.

I can't afford to buy the best lands, and the group I play with only uses slightly modified official commander decks for EDH, so having real mana fixing isn't terribly necessary, maybe.

Also, neat artifacts/equipment/auras I could use would be awesome
