Originally intended to be a "Ruhan coin flip tribal" deck, but it turns out that a lot of coin flip basically just gives you a 50% chance that you can't do anything (who knew?). I decided to keep a lot of coin flip, but broaden the deck's archetype to chaos. I've been putting a lot of time into refining this deck and removing cards that are just a nuisance, while still keeping in things that are hopefully powerful but still fun to play with.
