PAUPER EDH IS A FORMAT IN WHICH YOUR COMMANDER IS AN UNCOMMON (DOESN'T HAVE TO BE LEGENDARY) AND THE 99 ARE COMMON. MY PLAYGROUP ALLOWS 3 ADDITIONAL UNCOMMONS. PLEASE DO NOT COMMENT ABOUT HOW MY GENERAL IS NOT LEGENDARY. I AM AWARE.

MY GROUP ALLOWS 3 ADDITIONAL UNCOMMONS

This is an Uncle Istvan Pauper EDH deck that wants to win through Commander Damage. Hopefully your playgroup uses the 16 commander damage rule like mine (because who doesn't like to get two-shotted off the board by Fusion Elemental in Pauper?)

I tried to keep some good flavor in the deck ( Heavy Mattock, Murder, Cannibalize, etc.) while trying to make it still function and be strong.

There may be too much equipment in the deck, but I wanted to make sure I was drawing things that make Istvan bigger.

I'm not sure if I want old swamps or Innistrad spooky swamps.

I haven't got to playtest it so I don't know what it needs at this particular moment in time. Any suggestions are welcome.
