I have each Ravnica guildkit and altered each one to my liking. Each kit’s been extensively tested against the others for competitive balance. These decks are in a constant state of adjustment. I’ve structured each deck with the below rules.

60 card format. No more than three copies of any single card. Only one copy of any legendary. Two legendary creatures for every kit. No artifacts. Only one utility land per kit. Eack kit has the same number and type of nonbasic lands. One planeswalker per kit. Fair representation of each kits two colors. Approximately $100 dollar value limit for each deck.
