It's the Junk version of my four color loam deck. It runs a little smoother, and I have give it some more thought recently. It competes with tron very well, and blows through most other formatted decks. I look forward to testing it further in the coming weeks. Any advice is appreciated, as Modern is not my typical format, as I missed many of the sets while taking an extended "magic break."

Lingering Souls — Feb. 20, 2015

I found that Lingering Souls has no real application in my deck, although it was hard to play against. I am on the border of putting in Bile Blight into my sb. Then again, Golgari Charm, which I took advice and put into my deck as a last minute swap, did some hard work for me. I played yesterday, and went 2-1-1, with a loss in the first round to the ultimate winner, which was an esper souls counter deck. It was quite annoying. I managed to Extirpate his main counterspells, but was not able to get the souls, which would have cost him the game, as it was really his only win condition. I also felt that Path to Exile tended to help my opponents more than me, as it helped them mana fix. I think I will swap both out, and put in some more speed and/or removal. Perhaps another Maelstrom Pulse or Damnation in the MB. I will think on that. The wins were vs affinity and tron )both 2-0), and I went 1-1-1 with a B/W counters deck, which was an alter of the modern event deck. Thanks to everyone for the advice so far, and I have benefited from all of you!
