Good deck so far!

I think if you decide to splash a color, I would go with blue. Having Cartouche of Knowledge, Staggering Insight, Combat Research and counterspells seems quite useful to me. It would help you replace a lot of the less-powerful cards you're running (like Angelic Gift) while staying true to the theme of the original deck. If you'd rather keep the deck Selesnya then 100% do that, but I think in this case Bant would be more powerful than Abzan.

If you're staying Selesnya, I would recommend you look into Katilda, Dawnhart Martyr  Flip and Sky-Blessed Samurai, I have had a lot of success with those two cards.

This is a good outline so far either way. Nice job!

I think you have the beginnings of a decent Isshin deck here, but could make some minor & inexpensive adjustments to help focus it a bit more.

When making adjustments to your creature base, I'd recommend generally removing anything like Cliffhaven Sell-Sword that doesn't really have any abilities, or Sky-Blessed Samurai, which doesn't really fit with your theme.

Isshin lives primarily in combat, so you'll want to focus on attack triggers if possible. Here are a few relatively inexpensive attack trigger creatures that I like, some of which I run in my Isshin deck:

Vigilance Anthems are also super helpful for keeping your board swinging aggressively, but staying untapped for blocks. A few I really like:

Hope this helps!

Thank you for the suggestions Phule451. I do like Archetype of Courage, def a very effective anthem/anti-anthem for its cost. I have it in the considering list of my Moxfield version of this deck, but forgot to list in my maybeboard here.

Sky-Blessed Samurai is okay. Even with the cost-reducing effect it's not super impactful for my tastes. I think it could work well in budget versions of a Zur build. I'm not a fan of how inconsistent the cost reduction will likely be. In my play group, if I've built up a board state of 6+ enchantments, then I'm already ahead/winning and a 4/4 flyer might not do much for me that my steam-rolling board already isn't. If I'm behind or have had my board wiped, then paying 7 mana at most, for a 4/4 Flyer feels not so great.

Void Rend is a cool removal option. I'm honestly pretty picky about playing other 3 color spells besides my commander in my 3 color decks haha. I do like Dovin's Veto as my current "can't be countered" removal piece.

Love the early take on a new Commander. Couple ideas,Archetype of Courage gives your team first strike which is brutal when paired with deathtouch and Sky-Blessed Samurai can easily be a one mana flying 4/4. Also, Void Rend is wonderful removal.

You managed to hit the land balance pretty much dead on--nice work! Unfortunately, I think you have a few too many lands. A good rule of thumb is to have 36-40 lands in a Commander deck, depending on speed and mana requirements. Since I don't see many non-land mana sources, and since you want to get a land drop every turn to reach the higher-cost cards, I recommend dropping to 39-40 lands.

Isshin, Two Heavens as One wants a lot of attack triggers, anything that says "Whenever such-and-such attacks...". You have some good choices with Kitsune Ace, Selfless Samurai, and Imperial Recovery Unit, among others, but there are more out there. If you can find cards like Campaign of Vengeance, Goblin Traprunner, and Gleam of Battle, or even Brutal Hordechief or Fervent Charge if you're willing to spend the money, you'll push this to the next level.

I also suggest finding some cards that let you draw more, like Greed or Read the Bones. is a good color for this, but and have been getting more options recently. Top deck effects like your Abbot of Keral Keep are also useful in the same way. This will help keep your attacks moving and apply pressure to your opponents.

Finally, look for some direct removal, like Terminate, Rip Apart, or Vindicate to get rid of problems and threats your opponents put out. Dokuchi Silencer and Explosive Entry are the right idea.

This isn't the right deck for Sky-Blessed Samurai, with only three enchantments. You'll be paying full cost for it most of the time, occasionally getting a one-mana discount, and its stats aren't good enough to justify the cost. Save it for a more enchantment focused deck where it can reach its full potential.

Finally, you could use some more one-mana cards so that you have more options on turn 1 besides play a land and pass.

Overall, this looks good. You have solid card interactions, a good combat theme and Vehicle subtheme, and a strong foundation. Play it, test it, tweak it, feel out what you like and what might be improved, and above all, have fun!
