Maybe Iname, Death Aspect would be a good include.

You could take out a Blood Artist or two, since you don't have much removal and Zulaport Cutthroat basically does the same thing, just multi-target. As for other cards to consider, try Wound Reflection over Phyrexian Arena and Thrull Parasite or Crypt Ghast for the Extort. For life loss, nothing beats Exsanguinate. You don't have much to sacrifice but you do have a lot of cards that require sacrifice, so Endless Ranks of the Dead, Midnight Ritual, or Empty the Pits could be nice. Exquisite Blood could be nice here alongside Sanguine Bond. Trade out Bone Splinters for Attrition.
