Tsaris Ni'vask, Shadowlord...

What if you templated it like Archangel of Tithes , where your opponents only have to pay the life if he's untapped? That means you're at least having to choose between offense and defense. It also rewards you for building around him by including things to give him vigilance, or untappers, or the like. Perhaps you could include a buff when he attacks too, although I'd definitely up the mana cost to at least six if you choose to do that.
Also, creature type Sylvanesti? No. I get that that's supposed to be a bloodline (if I'm interpreting it right), but that's not a creature type. Reserve that kind of thing for flavor text, where you can do more with it anyway.
Also, consider giving him a job - creature types are usually templated as (Kind of creature)(Role that creature plays), like for example on Soulfire Grand Master , it's a human and a monk. The most common pairings with "Vampire" are Knight (23/227) and Soldier (21/227), followed not too far behind by Warrior (17) then Shaman (16) then Cleric (14), with Wizard chilling at a surprisingly low 10/227. That said, I was surprised to see how many vampires actually don't have jobs - 87 of 227 printed Vampires are unemployed. Apparently, vampires are leeches on society as well as... you know. People.

Hello!
Perhaps you don't remember, but I owe you an apology. A little less than a year ago, you paid me for a foil Karn Liberated , and I never delivered. I thought at the time that I had responded to let you know what was going on in my personal life and didn't realize that I hadn't sent my message until some time later. I'm not here to make excuses, although if you're curious I'm open to explaining further in PMs.
By the time I discovered my mistake, you had already reclaimed your payment (which I'm glad you were able to do) and I felt too ashamed to try to clear my name publicly. I've been on the site since, but haven't been active in the community - mostly just keeping updated decklists etc, no trading or posting or commenting. I'd like to change that, and while I don't intend to trade here again, I do want to recommence my old Commander article series. I cannot, however, do that without first acknowledging my error to you, and doing what I can to make amends.
I'm sorry for the difficulty I caused you, and for failing to deliver the Karn as promised. I'm sorry I failed to communicate properly that I wouldn't be able to hold up my end of the bargain, and that I didn't directly initiate the refund myself. Is there anything I can do to make it up to you?

Said on Walker design too ......
#1The second two abilities are useless - short of Doubling Season , Deepglow Skate or the proliferate mechanic, there's no way to get to them. They are also both significantly weaker than the free ability, so there's no incentive to build your deck in a way that can activate them, AND, building your deck around activating them inherently makes the first, most powerful ability worse by increasing the loyalty counters on the walker.
