Enchantment (1)

Torbran, Thane of Red Fell conquered the goblin hordes one by one, and gathered the different leaders together to form an army. He trained them in dwarven arts - crafting an Adaptive Automaton to show them the strength in numbers, and using his Strionic Resonator to teach them how to amplify their damage to always deal more to others.

This deck tries to take advantage of goblin numbers and tribal boosts to have creatures that can survive the low damage waves that pulse out from the instants and sorceries. The damage will only be low on your side of the field, though, as Torbran increases all your damage by 2. Couple that with goblins that are pumped, and you can tear chunks out of opponents after you sweep their blockers for cheap.
