Mowu Budget. Target was to build an EDH deck without rares and mythics and for a small pocket. I tested it few times but I guess it's pretty weak. Please help me with recommendations of balancing protection, ramp and pump cards. I also considered to put more cards for card draw inside and run less pump spells but it will be hard to find sth good in common and uncommon slot.
