I'm trying to make mill work for commander!

Basically, the idea is to get out a lot of high-defense creatures and mill the opponent down using [Phenax, God of Deception]. With a primarily creature-based deck, devotion shouldn't be as issue in most games, so Phenax himself can mill for 7 every turn in addition to whatever creatures I have in play. Creatures like [Consuming Aberration] shine in this role because as the opponent's graveyard gets bigger, they are milling more and more every turn. I added some other mill staples like [Traumatize] to wear down the opponent faster.

This deck will see mostly casual play, and is designed mostly for one on one games as opposed to multiplayer. Despite it being casual, I am looking to make it more competitive (without spending too much on singles) so suggestions are welcome!
