My attempt at a Ilharg, the Raze-Boar list, semi-budget, since most of these cards are cheap. If you want to make it more budget you can cut some cards such as Blood Moon etc.

I would recommend keeping Sensei's Divining Top in the deck, as it makes sure we can always get our commander back on hand quickly after it eats a removal.

We play a lot of cheap cmc ramp cards to get our commander out as fast as possible, aswell as effects like Seething Song to get our commander out on turn 3, or even better by using Generator Servant to get out commander out and swinging with haste by turn 3.

We focus the deck around ETB effects while trying to get as much value out of it as possible using things such as Panharmonicon + Strionic Resonator with our commander. And for when we want to keep our creatures on the board we use Sundial of the Infinite or Conjurer's Closet to bypass the bounce at end of turn. Using Sundial is also a great combination with Mirror March + Molten Primordial , and if we dont have that, we can always use Goblin Bombardment this way we can control the board of our opponents.

This deck can be very explosive with the right setup, which can require a lot of mana which is why we play so much ramp, aswell as mana doublers like Caged Sun and Gauntlet of Power . Using things as Helm of the Host or Warstorm Surge , or effects like Aggravated Assault you can rack up damage very quickly in one turn, potentially winning the game on that turn.
