Oketra's Army. Deck is built to make tokens but not rely completely on Oketra being on the Battlefield. Several anthems effects and +1+1 counters to help pump up the smaller tokens, few equipment help protect Oketra and to help swing for commander damage and some good mono white stuff to round the deck out.
