The win condition in this deck is poison counters. In the early turns, your main goal is to give at least one poison counter to each of your opponents. Do this with infect or toxic creatures such as Glistener Elf, Blighted Agent, Plague Myr, Myr Convert, Tainted Observer, and Viridian Corrupter. You can also deal poison counters out of nowhere with instants like Infectious Bite, Prologue to Phyresis, and Aspirant's Ascent.

Once the initial poison counters are dealt, you will use the deck's many proliferate spells to tick up each opponent's poison count to 10 for the win. Many cards have useful abilities that also happen to proliferate, such as Carnivorous Canopy, Smell Fear, Unnatural Restoration, and Glistening Sphere. Cards like Flux Channeler, Evolution Sage, Thrummingbird, Inexorable Tide, and Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus will help you proliferate even more. And don't forget that your commander, Ezuri, Stalker of Spheres will draw you a card each time you do!

The decks also includes plenty of value cards that become even stronger when you proliferate their counters. These include lands like Hickory Woodlot and Saprazzan Skerry, ramp cards like Astral Cornucopia and Everflowing Chalice, removal cards like Lux Cannon and Transmogrifying Wand, and creatures such as Myojin of Cryptic Dreams and Myojin of Towering Might.

I am a casual, budget player and my goal is to always keep my commander decks within $100 or close to it. Any suggestions to improve the deck while still keeping it within budget are appreciated!
