So originally this was a Rakdos, Lord of Riots deck, but people didn't like casting Ulamog and Kozilek for damn near free on t5, so I usually got hated out by just focusing. So I decided to move this to a more disruption based EDH that also features a land destruction theme to maintain that my 4/4 First Strike Haste General doesn't get classed out to fast.
Breakdown
Spot Removal - I've opted for spot removal over a high number of sweepers simply because this deck wants them more the sweeps, my general may be on the cheap side, but I don't want to recast her a 1000 times to beat my opponents and if my opponents are sweeping I don't really want to add to it. Ashes to Ashes and Reckless Spite are the only real card advantage ones here, and the 5 life isn't too rough in this format.

Life Gain - "But you have all these things that say you can't gain life!" Yeah well this decks goes through life pretty quick so I wanted a couple of things that were able to sustain me. Generally they are what I'm looking for with a tutor unless I have a anti life deal out.

General Synergies - Exava's last line is important. Giving haste to +1/+1 counter guys is pretty decent.

Powercards - Every Deck needs them, some of these are really included for some of the synergy with other cards but yeah.

Overthetop - Exava is a pretty strong general, more than capable of killing an opponent, but sometimes she could use a push. Trigon seems the most out of place, but it does make Exava a 3hko rather than 6.

Mana Rocks - Playing only a few simply because of Space issues but they allow for a quicker Exava, less hurt after blowing up my own lands, as well as just being good.

Things I would like to change:
More Artifact Destruction - Specifically Vandalblast, Shattering Spree, and Viashno Heretic
More midrange and aggresive beaters - Not sure what I want to look for hear, but definitely want them to be able to keep up pressure as I'm playing.
More Mana Rocks: I'd like to play Death Cloud, but without Rocks to make it less symmetrical this is less practical. I know which ones I want, just need to find a bit more room.
