This is an Izzet storm deck when you come down to it. It’s pretty fun as you get to play spells each turn, with the goal of 2 so you can get a dragon with prowess.

One of the challenges is the balance of the commander. To cast him for less than 10 mana, you need different mana values in your graveyard to reduce that cost. This is why you see my categories of 1,2 & 3 drops. Those are all instant cantrips for the purpose of reducing him to a 4 drop by turn 4 in a perfect world, (turn 3 with a sol ring!)

Once out, the 2 spells per turn commences. I have cost reducers to make those 2 & 3 drops 1 drops and a couple cards that can make those dragons infinitely buff if you so choose or just arbitrarily large.

Mystic Speculation and Haze of Rage are 2 of those cards. On their own, they are pretty good. With Storm-Kiln Artist they can go infinite, so just make sure your table knows up front to avoid the gowns :)

I am still working a bit on the synergies, keeping the overall MV low to keep the speed up, and making sure i got the best instant cantrips in those mana values with limited draw backs.
