Donald Morgan, The white counsels executioner. A man who has a sword that can cut through spells. He follows the laws of magic and cuts down anyone who breaks them. I think Baral is the perfect commander to represent him because this deck cuts down spells left and right, and punishes those who think they can just go around casting spells without a care.
