A Chainer deck, focused chiefly on demons, getting lots of mana, and playing big spells. Liliana's Contract and Mortal Combat provide alternate win-cons that are more interesting than Thassa's Oracle, et al. Fill your graveyard with cards, then let Chainer go shopping for the perfect toy. Also, I'm not sure what Hellspark Elemental is doing here; I'd never heard of the card, and no idea which card TappedOut thought I was entering.
