Cooking alongside Cats

So I think Ygra stands to provide access to both immediate game-ending shenanigans and flavorful inclusions like Cats, Chefs, etc.

I'm aiming for a bit more of a thematically influenced build that can happen to win in clever ways, holding a {7}/{10} on the power scale.
