This is a Monoblue deck that wishes to cast Time Walk and other cards to take extra turns, maybe a few times, in order to gain more advantage than the opponent and win. Usually this deck is more than just mono blue, but I wanted a mono color deck for each color, and none of the mono blue decks I've seen for Canadian Highlander fitted my or my spouse's playstyle. It still has a fair bit of counter spells. Points: Time Walk (7), Dig Through Time (1), Merchant Scroll (1), Mystical Tutor (1).
