What is Project 32?The goal of Project 32 is to make fun, casual commander decks that friends can pick up and play without any investment on their part.

The QuirksFor aesthetic purposes, only black bordered cards that were printed M10 onward are included. Only commanders from M15 onward are used. In order to keep the power level relatively even across the board major competitive tools such as tutors and planeswalkers are limited.

Over time the decks will be improved and one day the decks will become more competitive with fewer restrictions. For now, enjoy!
