I wanted to find a way to make Phantom Whelp a troll worthy addition to my deck. In the process i thought immediately of dash, and of course ninjas. Keeping with my theme of useless and cheap flicker crass is what I wanted with ample bounce spells. So here I stand with this monstrosity. I want it to be cheap and mildly competitive. I don't really want to get too far into sacrifice or things that are typical fare for these colors.
