Creatures that I could see removing: Abzan Skycaptain, Aetherborn Marauder, Ahn-Crop Crasher, Alesha's Vanguard, Bala Ged Scorpion, Nef-Crop Entangler, Night Market Aeronaut, Priest of the Blood Rite, Propeller Pioneer, Sandsteppe Outcast, and Thriving Ibex. (these creatures are just plain bad)

Things you should think about adding: Anthem effects, card draw, ramp, and removal.

Also: You have the most 3 cost cards even thought you are always going to play Alesha, Who Smiles at Death on turn three.

I can see that you are running with some midrange haste cards, so your mana may have to change to cope with faster creatures such as the ones with dash. I recommend the card Weirding Wood, as it provides any two mana, and is only 3 mana to get out in the first place. Otherwise i reccommend Dark Ritual for some quick cheap mana as a surprise. For example, you have 2 Swamps left over, and its your opponents turn, you have no creatures out and they're gonna get a cheap shot on you with their super powerful 2/2 creature, and they think you cant defend yourself. You quickly whip out dark ritual and then play something such as Alesha's Vanguard and ruin their plans.

I might a dash card you'll like, Alesha's Vanguard is pretty good, Kolaghan Stormsinger is fantastic to give other creatures who's dash is too much and need to attack,Monastery Swiftspear and Valley Dasher are great haste creatures, and you should go ahead and add the Mardu Shadowspear for more life lost
