Personally, I would just remove as many instants and sorceries as possible. I would keep the removal ones, but the cards like Fortuitous Find , Scouring Sands , Warp World , Grave Birthing , Expedite , Incinerate , Lightning Bolt , and Lightning Strike aren't very strong for a creature-based commander. Burn spells just can't kill the threats present in commander, and cheap cantrips aren't necessary because your commander itself is a cantrip once you get enough creatures into your deck. I know it's tempting to get instants and sorceries back that Grenzo chucks into the graveyard, but outside of Past in Flames , I would try to keep the deck more focused towards creatures. It's better to make better use of Grenzo's ability to cheat in creatures then try to shore up his weakness of whiffing on other spells.

Ok, so, first thing to do is to focus on what green cards you have that let you ramp. As said: Sakura-Tribe Elder, Explore, Utopia Sprawl, Farseek, Oath of Nissa, Search for Tomorrow, Birds of Paradise, Cultivate, Rampant Growth, Beneath the Sands, Burnished Hart, Dawntreader Elk, Expedition Map, Font of Fertility, Wayfarer's Bauble, Sylvan Scrying and Harrow are good options.
Of this, you should put at least 8 cards (I suggest Sakura-Tribe Elder, Birds of Paradise, Farseek, Oath of Nissa or Sylvan Scrying).
I don't really like From Beyond, Blisterpod, Catacomb Sifter, Void Attendant, Warden of Geometries and Grave Birthing, since they cost too much and they let you have only colorless mana, thing that you don't need since you are three-coloured.
Then, as said before, I'd increase Gonti, Lord of Luxury and Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver up to 2x copies and I don't really like Nightveil Specter, alternatives could be: Circu, Dimir Lobotomist, Bribery, Praetor's Grasp, Psychic Intrusion, Stolen Goods. Oblivion Sower it's a funny card, I'd put in in 1x.
Another thing: You have some big creatures and you are black-green-blue, I'd increase your land number up to 22. Remember also to choose lands that could be searched when you are ramping (if you have chosen to ramp only with cards that search for BASIC lands, well, put at least 4x basic lands of each type). Some lands you could might consider: obviously fetch lands and schocklands, Darkslick Shores, Blooming Marsh, Botanical Sanctum, Drowned Catacomb, Woodland Cemetery, Hinterland Harbor, Fetid Pools, Underground River, Llanowar Wastes, Yavimaya Coast, Sunken Ruins, Twilight Mire, Flooded Grove , Sunken Hollow. For all the rest of the cards that could enter your deck, I'll wait to see if you like the direction your deck is going and, most important thing, what types of cards you have chosen to ramp, to be your manabase and wich cards will steal your opponent's cards.

Looks really cool! It might be pretty spicy to add some stuff like Feast or Famine, Geist Snatch, Grave Birthing, or Ojutai's Summons.

For Grave Birthing, the first rule under the card is that the target opponent gets to choose which card is exiled, so you don't get to pick the card. See http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=401900
A card that I think you might appreciate, though, is Shamble Back. It's great as it let's the person casting it choose the target creature (I love hitting Prized Amalgam or Scrapheap Scrounger with it), gain 2 life, and put down a 2/2 zombie-- all for ! Very good card. No card drawing, admittedly, but a great card nevertheless.

Medley The Warping Wail counters sorceries (like Fumigate and Radiant Flames) and exiles 1 power/toughness creatures (Felidar Guardian), so I have them there working double duty against Copy Cat. Unfortunately, it looks like Kozilek's Return is their removal of choice now, so I may need to reconsider it... The Grave Birthing is for exactly that - Kozilek's Return. Three mana to draw a card, create a Scion and exile a Kozilek's Return or Prized Amalgam is a pretty sweet value. It was initially there for U/R Emerge because it scared the death outta me - not sure if Grave Birthing is playable against Copy Cat. And now that I read it, they get to pick to the card to exile... I will be removing it haha. Open to suggestions on the sideboard. :)

I'm so curious. What on do you bring in the Warping Wails and Grave Birthing in against. I can see them in the side board but cant imagine what you use them for 0.0

Austin0 no worries! Bubble not burst. You make a fair point. Those two cards indeed interact with the graveyard. I may update my write up to reflect more accurately that standard consists of some graveyard hate not, as I indicate, "zero." Thanks for pointing that out. I just haven't seen enough of those cards at FNM to have cared about or considered them. I think I'd be more concerned about a Bojuka Bog reprint or something. But yes, you are correct both Shamble Back and Grave Birthing interact with graveyards.
Shadowhand Yeah, good question. I can certainly see all the upsides to Fiery Temper over Harnessed Lightning. Believe me I continue to consider FT. The reason I'm going with HL at this point is predominately to power up Aether Hub for Fumigate and Ever After. Both those cards have literally kept me in the game where otherwise an extra burn spell wouldn't have. So I consciously decided I really do not want to be stuck on colorless mana on turn five and six respectively. Also slightly more minor reasoning is that I personally don't like being stuck with either madness or 3cmc for 3 dmg. I'd rather pitch two gearhulks to cathartic on turn three and draw into action for turn four through six, even though maybe not the most mana efficient. But that latter point is more personal preference. Hey if I try FT and win more, I'm not opposed to changing my perspective!

Sorry to burst your bubble but there are 2 cards that hate graveyard Shamble Back and Grave Birthing would defiantly count as graveyard hate and I'm sure there are more.
