Thanks again for the help, hyalopterouslemur! You're right - Reliquary Tower is a mistake here. Also totally agree Genesis, Wonder etc. make sense. I didn't know Kami of Whispered Hopes - that's a good one and Living Death - great alternate wincon for sure. Will think of what to cut to include these - maybe focusing more on filling my GY as opposed to opponents. Also, probably need some other protection against GY hate in addition to Stifle and Louisoix's Sacrifice. My playgroup can have significant GY removal.

Ironically, your simic deck isnt fast enough. Where are your mana rocks?
The synergy may appear on the surface to be present but really only have one-off ETB effects. If I'm playing a land, I'm triggering multiple things at once. Multiple effects per one spell creates value and a synergy engine that will get your deck humming.
Ghostly Flicker shouldnt be one of the only way you bounce lands. There are lands that bounce your lands back to your hand. How about playing a land on your opponents turn? Really take advantage of Tatyova's abilities here. She draws cards and gives you life. What happens when you draw cards in Simic? Same question for life gain. Play into those themes and you can have a deck that does more than draw a card and gain 1 life because your putting lands down.
Azuza isnt enough. Neither are your two TAP creatures that put lands down. I want creatures that have that ability to play an extra land per turn PASSIVELY. Why use a resource when you can have it without cost?
Theres a lot more to say about what you have going here. Maybe its a budget constraint, maybe its the intential Bracket 2 pod youre playing at - if the goal is to make this into a formidable and synergisticlly efficient Commander deck - check out my build. The notes in the section are not built out well, but just playtest it and see how many triggers pop off with a few games.

Have you seen Overcharged Amalgam? Might be a cool zomb to consider, esp if you can get it back from yard via some effect like Tortured Existence. Looks like a nice balance of budget, flavor, and still being pretty robust, which I suppose is a nice upside of playing dirt cheap tribal cards :)

Classic strat and nice list, glad you aren't pulling punches with the MLD. My one suggestion would be to consider a small Stoneforge Mystic(additionally Stonehewer Giant) package, these give a lot of punch for 1 card in mono W. Sword of Hearth and Home ramps you and flickers Stoneforge for more tutors, and Worldslayer is perfect for Avacyn.

the fact that Tabernacle specifies "destroy" is diabolical.... still. I might suggest a ramp creature or two instead of some of the creatures you have just to move even faster to Avacyn. Other than that, solid rage bait of a deck. :)

I've started to encounter a color problem with 1 Toroban in an all red deck that I put colorless lands in. Between that and how it doesn't look like you can get enough things out fast enough for Waterbending that much with your current mana state, I don't know how you're ever casting those Bloodbendings. Also, you should balance color production more so you're not running into problems at both ends. Statistically, it's 26 lands or you're giving up a significant number of cards to mulliganing most times. Even if you don't agree with that, (I know people don't) what do you mean what can you do? You have 1 Soul Stone and 1 Bender's Waterskin and you can't say it's because the stone is Legendary with all those multiples of Legends. Replace a Black Cat and some of your other most expensive things with mana, and it should flow smoothly. A lot of people have less than 4 of their most expensive Legend. Also, funny thing about lands that take a mana to produce the right color, they tie up mana, more than you'd initially think, a lot. You'd be better off with an island in place of 1.

I am a sucker for one-sided board wipes. This will clear the way of any blockers for your team, you can choose to have it not affect any of your board, and you will not have to worry about leaving blockers up since damage is prevented until your next turn. The timing and damage prevention reminds me of The One Ring. Since the creatures come back tapped, it will actually incentivize the players to your left attack the players to their left for a turn since they have no blockers still and you take no damage since it isn’t your turn yet. For example, if you are player A and you play Morningtide's Light, then player B will likely attack the other opponents since the creatures of players C D or E are still tapped and you would not take any damage from them. This can also retrigger your own ETB effects.
Downside: Morningtide's Light targets, so protection effects are resistant. This card isn’t true removal since they will get their creatures back at a cost of getting them tapped. This will also retrigger all of your opponents ETB effects as well. The damage prevention does not stop loss of life.
Card in consideration of taking out for it: a 3-cost single targeted removal like Stroke of Midnight or Generous Gift, or another one sided board wipe like Winds of Abandon or Avatar's Wrath

Why are you running Reliquary Tower? Graveyard-based strategies don't want Reliquary Tower; if you have 8 or more cards, dumping a few of them in the graveyard is great.
Okay, that out of the way. Some suggestions for cards you could use:
Life from the Loam and cycling lands. This is a simple loop: Cast LFTL getting a cycling land out of your graveyard, cycle that land, dredge LFTL instead of drawing a card, repeat. Not infinite. (You still need a minimum of 3 mana each run through.) Speaking of dredge, you might want Golgari Grave-Troll.
Kami of Whispered Hopes A mana dork that also acts as a Hardened Scales. Nice.
Brawn, Wonder, and Genesis These you should know. They have abilities in the graveyard which may be useful to you.
Living Death Just...try it. That's all I can say.
Mulch Another one to fill your graveyard.

GeneralPigeon If I may be so bold, might I suggest that you change the manabase to something other than 36 mountains? I realize that this is a budget deck, but I believe it would make the deck easier to play by reducing the necessity of your 5 artifacts that fix colors/treasures. XD

Those tap creature get any color are great. Im still keeping Timber Mines for I did find it great against Bogles, while on the draw, since it enabled white mana t2, tho i coul see rainbow lands doin the same thing if i t1 creture.
I think ephemerate could be the way to go in terms of protection, again with the need of right mana available.
Slippery Bogle is imo worse than Ochu, just a note on that.

Karlov is a machine made to destroy your opponent either by dealing commander dmg or by exiling thier board.
It's not the amount of life you gain, but how many different source you gain it with! wether it's by lifelink (Elenda, Kunoros, Liesa...) or by punishing your opponent casting creats (Auriok) or just by them searching thrit lobrary (Archivist) you gain life. By the same process you boost Karlov! Each 1 lfe= 2x +1 onhim ! For only BW and remove 6 of those +1 counters, you deal with a threat !
