V1.1 - Cannibalizing other decks to flesh mine out
Out
Ashenmoor Liege, Shattergang Brothers, Fell Shepherd, Walker of the Grove, Plague Boiler, Jar of Eyeballs, Vile Requiem, Empty the Pits, Rough / Tumble
In
Karametra's Acolyte - Green devotion mana dork. Xenagos, God of Revels - Generally great, explosive charges Balefire Dragon - Psuedo-board clear, can pump with Xenagos, God of Revels. Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger - Psuedo-rap, board control Bow of Nylea - Attacking death touch tokens are way more threatening, can't chunk block them. Devotion to green. Cultivate - Ramp is good. Ranger's Path - Ramp is still good. Into the Wilds - Semi draw, semi ramp, top of library manipulation. Xenagos, the Reveler - Ramp, tokens, whats not to like? Death's Presence - A bit win more, but re-using the stats from stacked tokens can be great.

I restructured the deck structure, having realized synergy is not the only thing a deck needs. Now I have Damage, where win conditions such as life drain or beefy beaters go. To buy: Massacre Wurm Ideas: Fell Shepherd Torgaar, Famine Incarnate Clackbridge Troll Blasphemous Act

Wow this is great considering the budget. There are so many decent cards here I've never seen before. I'm thinking these are some good alternates that wouldn't push the budget too bad if one wanted to invest a little more in the deck: Pitiless Plunderer , Fell Shepherd , Warstorm Surge , Zulaport Cutthroat , Gleancrawler , Moldervine Reclamation , Ogre Battledriver , Second Harvest , Caustic Caterpillar , Elemental Bond , Wild-Field Scarecrow , Qarsi High Priest , Ghastly Conscription , Death's Presence , Thermopod

Hey, i really like your deck so far especially that your deck is some kind of a control-reborn deck (or whatever its called):). Adding persist cards would take this deck to an even higher lvl than it is right now. Looking forward to the "persist fun" you mentioned ;). There are some cruel combos out there. I would cut Melira, Sylvok Outcast or put her into your sideboard since she is only strong if youre playing against infects etc. Take a look at Fell Shepherd. He is 8/6 already and its main ability helps you to get all your creatures back ! Attrition instead of Ashnod's Altar maybe. I am not quite sure though if you really need the mana the altar gives you. Personally i would rather have a controlling effect, but that is up to you ofc! :)

This deck looks like a great place for Abhorrent Overlord (high devotion to black and you love sac fodder), Bloodflow Connoisseur (it doesn't seem like you have a ton of always-usable sac outlets), Champion of Stray Souls (you have lots of sac fodder and lots of things you will want back), Doomed Necromancer (again, sac fodder that can get you back your good stuff), Fell Shepherd (an aggressive way to get all your non-token sacs back), Pawn of Ulamog (every nontoken sac should get you a token sac!), Phyrexian Soulgorger (the sac is supposed to be a drawback for an absurdly costed card, but for you it is another plus), Reaper from the Abyss (some free targeted killing every turn, hopefully not just on your turns), Skirsdag High Priest (who doesn't love free demons every round?), Tar Fiend (a huge creature that wipes your opponent's hand? yes please), and Killing Wave (you like sacrificing your stuff, they hate it).
I figure most of the times I get suggestions I only like a couple of them, so here's everything I could think of that would play nicely with what you're doing!

Ok, lets start with the number of SA. You need no more 30-35 total. I played 36, for flavor reasons - the Holy Trinity multiplied by number of Jesus' apostoles (but later revised it to 32 for the deck to run smoother).
That leaves you 14+ more cards to add in. Cards that care about creatures dying are the best, and more demons like Demon of Dark Schemes (i would do about 10). I do not like Will and the Rituals (feels like too much). You want recursion in the late game - Patriarch's Bidding, Living Death, Fell Shepherd.
Stuff that cares about creatures dying - Black Market, Dark Prophecy, Falkenrath Noble, Grim Haruspex, Rotlung Reanimator, Xathrid Necromancer...
